Been pro at it + Finding the sponsor and be part of the Class to watch. Factory don't get involve,To bad. They would'nt anyway cause of less snow, less interest from family and automaticly selling less sled.

Jacques is right. Champ is a higher end class. I prefer to call it Formula 1 Ice Oval Racing. We need title sponsors out side the sled manufactures for it to grow.
Case in point, This year DeWalt is my title sponsor. They have even booked the other half of BRP's Suite at Grand Prix de Valcourt. They think this is a great sport and suits their demographic of customers. They don't care what motors are in the sleds. We just need to be entertaining and look good.:C Any way just my 2cents worth :R

We have incorporated a DeWalt cordless battery socket into the sled this year to run the tail light and computer.
It's makes it easy to charge, easy to install fresh Battery, and of course ties into my tittle sponsor DeWalt.:C

Additionally to John's Statement,
It is definitely become one of the most entertaining classes for the fans, with good close racing , small crashes, which is the kinda action the fans like.
We had a race when the winning F500 sled came across the finish line with basically only one ski :E

Even on Jay Leno tonight they made a joke outa Palin's husband being a world champ snowmobile racer!:) Any way you slice it it's great exposure for the sport of snowmobile racing! :E get with the program people!

Well put Howie::B but those are pretty big words for an oval racer:h
And even though I’m in Canada, I picked up on her and her husband’s snowmobiling background and I personally think this is great, it brings attention to snowmobile racing of all sorts.
If he’s really at Haydays :E that is great, Attention is good / great for the sport!:)
It shines the spot light on all Forms of Snowmobiling!
Maybe we can start getting F18's to fly over the start of snowmobile races Now!:C

Eagle River is a USA race that has coined it's self for marketing purposes the "World Championship"
One large race in the USA isn't the world. So if that Iron dog is the biggest race of it's type then it could be coined the World Championship as well.
